The Massive Youth Athletic Program (MYAP) is an 8-week strength and conditioning course designed for 13–18 year olds. Our expert coaches guide young athletes through training that builds strength, speed, power, agility, and overall performance in a safe, supportive environment.

Strength & Foundation

Want to build strength without risk?
We teach young athletes safe body control before loading weight. From core exercises to barbell basics, this builds a foundation for long-term success.
Muscle Activation: Learn how to warm up and reduce the risk of injury.
Bodyweight Strength: Push-ups, pull-ups, and core training.
Barbell Basics: Squats and deadlifts taught safely for ages 13–18.

Struggling to keep up with the pace of the game?
MYAP develops explosive speed and agility through sprint work, plyometrics, and change-of-direction drills. Skills that transfer directly to sport.
Speed Drills: Sprinting mechanics and acceleration.
Agility Work: Ladder and cone drills to sharpen footwork.
Plyometrics: Jump training for more power and height.

Frequently asked questions

Who is MYAP for?

Athletes aged 13–18 who want to get stronger, faster, and more confident—whether they’re beginners or already competing.

When does this intake run?

Oct 6 – Nov 28 (8 weeks). Sessions run Mon–Thu (see timetable). Parents are invited to workshops in Week 1 & Week 8.

How much is it and what’s included?

$650 total for the full 8 weeks. 4 sessions per week, plus two Saturday workshops, progress tracking, and expert coaching.

Do they need gym experience?

No. We teach technique first, then add load when ready. Beginners and experienced athletes train safely together with scaled progressions.

Is strength training safe for teens?

Yes—when it’s coached, age-appropriate, and technique-led. We build movement control first, then strength, to reduce injury risk and improve performance.

What results can we expect?

Most athletes see stronger lifts, faster first step, better agility, and more confidence within the 8-week block—results depend on attendance and effort.

How many sessions can my child attend?

As many as they like. We recommend 3–4 sessions/week for best progress and recovery.

What if we miss a week (exams, travel, sickness)?

No problem—there’s no penalty. Come to other sessions that week and keep momentum.

Will this clash with their sport?

MYAP is built to complement school and club sport, not compete with it. We manage training loads so athletes can perform, recover, and avoid burnout.

What should they bring?

Water bottle, training shoes, comfortable sports clothes. We’ll handle equipment, coaching, and session plans.

Does my child need medical clearance?

Please share any injuries or conditions at sign-up. A parent/guardian consent & medical form is required; we’ll tailor training where needed.
