The Massive Youth Athletic Program (MYAP) is an 8-week strength and conditioning course designed for 13–18 year olds. Our expert coaches guide young athletes through training that builds strength, speed, power, agility, and overall performance in a safe, supportive environment.

Athletes aged 13–18 who want to get stronger, faster, and more confident—whether they’re beginners or already competing.
Oct 6 – Nov 28 (8 weeks). Sessions run Mon–Thu (see timetable). Parents are invited to workshops in Week 1 & Week 8.
$650 total for the full 8 weeks. 4 sessions per week, plus two Saturday workshops, progress tracking, and expert coaching.
No. We teach technique first, then add load when ready. Beginners and experienced athletes train safely together with scaled progressions.
Yes—when it’s coached, age-appropriate, and technique-led. We build movement control first, then strength, to reduce injury risk and improve performance.
Most athletes see stronger lifts, faster first step, better agility, and more confidence within the 8-week block—results depend on attendance and effort.
As many as they like. We recommend 3–4 sessions/week for best progress and recovery.
No problem—there’s no penalty. Come to other sessions that week and keep momentum.
MYAP is built to complement school and club sport, not compete with it. We manage training loads so athletes can perform, recover, and avoid burnout.
Water bottle, training shoes, comfortable sports clothes. We’ll handle equipment, coaching, and session plans.
